Ghana is one of the youngest countries in the world, and even though the world has never had greater opportunities and wealth as today, young people are disproportionately affected by Ghana’s problems such as poverty, poor health and lack of economic opportunities. EKK Charity Foundation traces its roots and mission to 2009, when its founder and Director, Evans Kwafo was challenged by immediate unpleasant circumstances surrounding him to serve his country in the cause of enhanced livelihood by reaching out to underserved people and communities in Ghana. From that inspiration grew a dream devoted to prosperity and friendship. Evans started out making grants in supporting people with health and economic problems.
